QUANTUM HEALING
HYPNOSIS TECHNIQUE® (QHHT)
QHHT® is an extraordinary and transformative journey into the depths of the self. The safest and most profound form of hypnosis takes clients on a journey to past or present lives, allowing them to connect with their High Self to get all the answers and healing they seek. Through my guidance, clients are gently led into a profound state of relaxation, opening the door to a beautiful experience that unlocks their inner wisdom and facilitates deep healing and guidance from their Higher Self. Within this sacred space, insights are gained, emotional and physical issues are addressed, and unresolved matters are lovingly healed.
QHHT sessions can only be performed in person.
USUI HOLY FIRE III® REIKI
Usui Holy Fire Reiki is a gentle and
powerful healing technique that originated in Japan. It promotes healing and overall well-being. Rei means universal, and Ki means energy. During a Reiki session, the practitioner acts as a channel for this healing energy, allowing it to flow into the client's body and energy field. This energy has a purifying and transformative effect, helping to heal and release any blockages or imbalances in the client's energy system. The energy works on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels, promoting relaxation, stress and anxiety reduction, and a sense of overall harmony. Reiki sessions can be performed in person and from a distance.

QHHT GROUP MEDITATION
During the QHHT group meditation, participants are guided through a relaxation process that prompts them to access deeper states of consciousness. The intention is to tap into the subconscious mind and access information. The group setting provides a supportive and collective energy that enhances the meditative experience. Sharing the experience can also allow participants to learn from each other's experiences and gain different perspectives. QHHT group meditation can be focused on various aspects, such as uncovering the root causes of specific patterns or issues in one's life or simply delving into more profound aspects of the self. This experience allows self-exploration and self-healing. It offers a unique and potentially transformative experience. I would be delighted to guide you through this 90-minute extraordinary journey. USUI HOLY FIRE REIKI GROUP MEDITATION
The Usui Holy Fire Reiki meditation allows clients to experience deep relaxation, stress reduction, and a sense of inner calm. This practice promotes the flow of the universal "Rei," energy," ki," throughout the body, facilitating healing on all levels. The crystals used during the meditation enhance the healing and balancing effects of the practice as crystals can channel and convert energy. Crystals also assist in deepening meditation and strengthening spiritual awareness and intuition. They can act as conduits for higher vibrational energies, facilitating a more profound relaxation, focus, and spiritual awareness. Listening to sound waves at low frequencies will allow the brain to enter a desired deep relaxation and focus state. The duration of the reiki crystal meditation is 60 minutes. I'm a certified QHHT hypnotist and Usui Holy Fire III Reiki practitioner. I am honored to guide my clients through authentic listening, empathy, and intuitive direction to peel off layers of past trauma and learn to love themselves unconditionally, initiating healing at all levels and balancing and harmonizing body, mind, and spirit. I conduct my healing practices with integrity, altruism, and open-mindedness by creating a safe and nurturing space. I can guide healing practices in English, Italian, or French.
