I would like to take a moment to truly thank and congratulate Federica for the beautiful work she does, and to share my experience. The past few years have been very challenging for me, and especially the last few weeks. I reached a point where I felt completely overwhelmed, like I simply couldn’t go on. Then I remembered that Federica had once told me she practices Reiki. I called her, and she immediately welcomed me into her studio. From the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of calm. The space is absolutely beautiful, and just being there made me feel at ease. As the session began, I allowed myself to fully let go. At one point, I felt as if my head was anchored to the table, heavy and still. There was a deep pressure in my chest, a sense of emptiness in my stomach, and even a feeling of shortness of breath that I had been carrying for days. But little by little, everything started to release. Step by step, those sensations faded, and I entered a state of deep relaxation. When the session ended, Federica shared what she had seen and felt during the process—and it matched exactly what I had been experiencing internally. It was truly remarkable. When I got home, I lay down and rested. That night, I slept deeply—something I hadn’t been able to do in a long time. The following day, I continued to rest, and from that moment on, I felt as if I had experienced a complete reset. This was a profoundly healing experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. If you are feeling stressed or overwhelmed, don’t hesitate—go. There is truly a before and an after.

I met Federica a few years ago and with her I did a regression and Reiki. Two things completely new to me, but I wanted to try and I must say there's nothing in the world that helped me more in life. With her I was able to unlock things I was carrying inside and couldn't overcome, and to this day when I feel something's off I call Federica for a new session and she always helps me feel better. Federica is professional and fantastic. I suggest anyone to try at least once. Life becomes more beautiful and conscious.

My experience with Federica has been incredible so far and I intend to stay close to her wonderful circle of great energy. There is no words to describe how grateful I am to have met such a good practitioner. As an energy healer myself I have received numerous of healing session but this one was one I will never forget.
